A graduate of Chapman University's Fowler School of Law, Brian's areas of practice include Estate Planning, Litigation, Probate, Real Estate, and Labor and Employment law. Brian is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and is a member of the Trusts and Estates, Labor and Employment, and Real Estate sections of the Orange County Bar Association, and of the American Bar Association.
Bob Macaulay has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts since 1977, and in Pennsylvania since 1983. Bob has practiced employee benefits law, focusing on ERISA plans, since just three years after the law passed in 1974. Bob Macaulay knows the history of ERISA, because he has been there to see it with his own eyes, for almost 50 years.
